During our recent stay at Puncak Pass, my family and I were enveloped in a culinary experience that beautifully captured the essence of both Indonesian and European cuisines. Each evening, we gathered around a cozy fireplace, where laughter filled the air and the cool breeze outside set a serene backdrop. The dining area, with its limited seating for just 45 guests, created an intimate atmosphere. We relished a tasting menu that paired local dishes with exceptional wines from nearby regions. This thoughtful curation made our meals feel special and allowed us to truly savor each flavor. Breakfast was decent, though somewhat lacking in variety, which was a minor letdown compared to the dinner experiences. Still, the morning was a joy as my kids got to ride horses, adding to the delightful family memories. Staff were friendly and attentive, providing a pleasant dining experience at the Waringin and Lobby Lounge, perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Puncak Pass offers a charming retreat, especially for those looking to enjoy a laid-back culinary getaway amidst nature.
